Sergei Mitrokhin will not be realesed until court session on Monday
12.12.2015 Sergei Mitrokhin and five other activists will be kept in the police cells until Monday like criminals due to their participation in one-person pickets in defence of the Russian Constitution. Then will be transported to court, the judge will make a decision on the punishment.

The case of Sergei Mitrokhin is in Presnensky District Court, Moscow
Press Release, 10.11.2015 District Police Department Arbat is charging YABLOKO Chairman Sergei Mitrokhin with violating the rules of conducting “mass-scale events” Article 20.2 of the Administrative Offences Code) and “defiance of a police lawful order or a demand” (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Offences Code).
