The tragedy in Orlando has once again shown not only the fragility and exposure of a human’s life but also demonstrated the consequences of the failure of the authorities to act, since the person who committed this monstrous crime was one of those who do not hide their man-hating views. The aggression as a way to make headlines, dictate one’s vision of norms is blazing up in different parts of the world among people of different views and traditions. I accept no type of cruelty. Radicalism, intolerance, absolutization of one’s ideas are unacceptable. I feel for the residents of Orlando in connection with the tragedy in their city.

Sergei Mitrokhin, a member of YABLOKO Federal Political Committee, 06.06.2016
The YABLOKO party continues preparing for the State Duma elections. And a question from our voters on “What will the the presence of the party faction in the State Duma change?” sounds quite correct. All the most inhuman laws were adopted by the United Russia party together with the Communist Party, the LDPR and Just Russia. Thought not a long time ago these parties identified themselves as an opposition. Read more »
