Deputies from the Yabloko party will continue to work in the regional parliaments of St. Petersburg, Karelia and the Pskov region. There will also be a Yabloko faction in the city parliament of the capital of Karelia Petrozavodsk – the Petrozavodsk City Council.
According to official data, the Yabloko list in St. Petersburg received 9.17% of the vote in the elections. In Karelia, the Yabloko party list of candidates received 8.54% in the regional elections and also two mandates. Emilia Slabunova, a member of the Yabloko Federal Political Committee, ex Yabloko Chair and Honored Teacher of Russia, and Inna Boluchevskaya, the paramedic of the ambulance station of the Belomorskaya Central District Hospital and the trade union leader of this hospital, were elected deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Karelia.
In the elections to the Petrozavodsk City Council, candidates from the Yabloko party received 10.92% of the vote. Two Yabloko deputies will work in the city parliament, headed by the leader of the Yabloko candidates list in the city – ecologist Dmitry Rybakov.

Professor of the Higher School of Economics Vladimir Ryzhkov won the by-election to the Moscow City Duma. He will become the fifth deputy of Yabloko in the Moscow city parliament. Since 2019, Maxim Kruglov, Sergei Mitrokhin, Yevgeny Bunimovich and Daria Besedina have been working there as Yabloko MPs.
A number of Yabloko candidates were elected to local self-government bodies.
Yabloko states that the elections on 17-19 September, 2021, were held with an unprecedented number of violations (read https://eng.yabloko.ru/category/elections/state-duma-elections/state-duma-elections-2021/ and https://eng.yabloko.ru/category/elections/regional-elections-2011-2013/regional-and-local-elections-2021/ ) that seriously distorted the party’s outcome. However, even in these conditions, the party was able to get its representatives into the legislative branch of power. A large number of candidates from the party came second in their constituencies, which is a good start for the future.
