We do not want to doubt the independence of court of prosecutor’s office but we would like to stress that the President is the guarantor of right and freedoms according to the Constitution. It is vital that the President should fulfil his obligations,” Slabunova said.
Yabloko Deputy Chair Nikolai Rybakov was present at the court hearing of the Oyub Titiev’s case. Rybakov arrived in the Chechen Republic to participate in the conference of the regional party branch were the new governing bodies were elected.
