You are an honest and independent person, you have defended the rule of law and justice in the Central Electoral Commission for so many years! We remember this and will always be grateful to you!

We still have a lot to do together! We are vesting our hopes in the Centre for Legislative Initiatives, created at your initiative in Yabloko. Today, when the law is violated at all levels, a clear approach to the implementation and content of legislation is vital. I am sure we can do a lot together in this area.
