Professionalism and uncompromising defense of the law. Congratulations to Yelena Dubrovina on her anniversary

Greetings from Nikolai Rybakov and Grigory Yavlinsky, 16.08.2020

On August 16, Yelena Dubrovina, Honored Lawyer of Russia, member of the Yabloko Federal Political Committee, head of the Yabloko Centre for Legislative Initiatives and ex member of the Central Electoral Commission from Yabloko, celebrates the anniversary. Yabloko Chairman Nikolai Rybakov and Grigory Yavlinsky, Chairman of the Yabloko Federal Political Committee send her birthday greetings:

Dear Yelena Pavlovna,

I am glad to send you congratulations on your anniversary!

You are an honest and independent person, you have defended the rule of law and justice in the Central Electoral Commission for so many years! We remember this and will always be grateful to you!

We still have a lot to do together! We are vesting our hopes in the Centre for Legislative Initiatives, created at your initiative in Yabloko. Today, when the law is violated at all levels, a clear approach to the implementation and content of legislation is vital. I am sure we can do a lot together in this area.

I wish you love and good luck in everything,

Nikolai Rybakov

Dear Yelena Pavlovna,

I am happy to wish you a happy birthday!

Your work has been always productive and important to the party. You have always fearlessly defended the rule of law in the Central Electoral Commission – we know this well.

I am certain that the Centre for Legislative Initiatives, which you created in Yabloko, will eventually become the institution that will create new legislation. Your professionalism and uncompromising moral foundation will help to resist lawlessness and violation of civil and legal norms. This will not be the “lonely voice of a person,” but the voice of common sense.

Yours,

Grigory Yavlinsky
