The Yabloko Congress elected the Federal Political Committee and the Bureau

The new members of the Federal Political Committee, which is a steering body of the party, dealing with the party’s strategy, are the famous economist Yevgeny Gontmakher, Alexei Melnikov, economist, publicist and a State Duma deputy of three convocations, and political scientist Ivan Bolshakov, who worked as Deputy Chairman of the party from 2019 to 2023.
The Federal Bureau includes 21 people (including the party Chairman and Deputy Chairpersons). Representatives from 15 regions became members of this executive body, 40 per cent of the Bureau are newly elected.
The new Political Committee includes:
Alexei Arbatov, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
Igor Artemyev, President of the St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange;
Ivan Bolshakov, political scientist, Deputy Chairman of the party in 2019-2023;
Valery Borshchyov, Co-Chairman of the Moscow Helsinki Group;
Yevgeny Bunimovich, head of the Education Commission of the Moscow City Duma;
Boris Vishnevsky, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg and Deputy Chair of the party;
Svetlana Gannushkina, head of the Migration and Law Network of the Memorial human rights centre;
Alexander Gnezdilov, theatre director;
Yevgeniy Gontmakher, Doctor of Economics;
Yelena Dubrovina, Honoured Lawyer of Russia;
Sergei Ivanenko, Deputy Chairman of the party, head of the Moscow branch;
Dmitry Konnychev, Director of the Foundation for Support of Innovative Education;
Sergei Mitrokhin, Moscow City Duma deputy;
Alexey Melnikov, economist, publicist;
Nikolai Rybakov, Yabloko Chairman (ex officio);
Emilia Slabunova, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Karelia;
Lev Shlosberg, leader of the Pskov Yabloko;
Alexander Shishlov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, head of the St. Petersburg branch;
Grigory Yavlinsky, economist, co-founder of the party.

It should be noted that Nikolai Rybakov was re-elected Chairman of the party for the next four years. He will have six Deputy Chairpersons who represent different regions of the country: the leader of the Pskov Yabloko, Lev Shlosberg; regional deputies Boris Vishnevsky (St. Petersburg) and Maxim Kruglov (Moscow); Deputy of the City Duma of Veliky Novgorod, Chairman of the Novgorod branch of the party Anna Cherepanova; party representative in the Central Election Commission, head of the Tula branch Vladimir Dorokhov and head of Moscow Yabloko Sergei Ivanenko.
