Yevgeny Vitishko, official representative of presidential candidate Grigory Yavlinsky, head of the Krasnodar Territory branch of Yabloko and ex Sochi Olympic prisoner, detected several dozens of fake observers at the presidential election in the Krasnodar Territory.
Now Yevgeny Vitishko is writing applications to the territorial electoral commissions demanding to recall the members of the commissions with the right of deliberative vote and to terminate their powers, as well as recall unidentified observers and replace them with real observers with their proxies duly signed by the official representative of presidential candidate Grigory Yavlinsky.
Thus a fake order for observation of the election was detected at the polling station No 60-06.
When Vitishko and real observers arrived to the polling station, the chairman of the electoral commission said that an observer from candidate Yavlinsky had already been registered and was on the voting outside the voting premises.
After that, the chairman of the electoral commission No 60-06 called the “fake” observer and asked him not to come to the polling station “until everyone leaves”.
Yevgeny Vitishko applied to the Kalininskaya Territorial Electoral Commission with a request to withdraw strangers with forged documents working at the polling stations.
“We believe that fake notifications and orders of observers are a criminal offense. Moreover, there was a high percentage of voting outside voting premises in the Krasnodar Territory; whereas ballot boxes were sealed in the absence of independent observers, our observers could not always observe the voting outside the voting premises. We have already been informed about ballot stuffings and attempts of stuffing ballots into ballot boxes at some polling stations,” Vitishko said.
