There are so many talented people in Russia who can write economic programmes. But we do not have a state that could implement such strategies. This system does not perceive any external strategies, it develops according to its own internal laws. That is why not a single businessman or owner can be sure that his business, his property will not be taken away from him tomorrow, that his investments will not become meaningless. That is why we build such shopping malls that suddenly burn. Because their owners do not think about the perspective, they only think about how to make quick money, while their property is not taken away.
