YABLOKO will launch its plan for prospective legislative initiatives of its parliamentary faction

On 24 August, YABLOKO will launch its plan of legislative work in the State Duma. The party leaders will talk about the bills the faction will submit or revoke if YABLOKO passes into the parliament.
Grigory Yavlinsky, Сhairman of the Federal Political Committee of the party, Emilia Slabunova, YABLOKO Chair and Deputy Chairpersons Nikolai Rybakov and Alexander Gnezdilov will present legislative packages.
The bills relate to both the economy and politics, as well as social life. One of the first initiatives of the prospective fraction will be the law stipulating that President may impose sanctions only with the consent of the Parliament. The judiciary will be reformed; the bills also envisage progressive movement towards openness of regional authorities.
The launch of the plan will be held in the office of the YABLOKO party on 24 August at 12:00.
