YABLOKO revealed curruption in state procurement

Sergei Mitrokhin demanded that the governor of St.Petersburg and the regional Office of the Federal Antimonopolty Service must investigate the procurement of goods for schools at the sum of 131.9 million rubles on suspicion of corruption.
The committee on the state procurement of St.Petersburg conducted an online auction on the delivery of “the instrument sets for the creation of the objective-spatial environment” for 88 educational institutions of the city. YABLOKO anti-corruption centre claim that competition at the auction was resolved on purpose and the price was greatly driven up.
YABLOKO leader fawarded an application to the Federal Antimonopolty Service and governor of St.Petersburg with a detailed statement of violations and demanded to cancel the contract and conduct an investigation
