Yabloko regional MPs demanded from Vladimir Putin to allow doctors to examine Alexei Navalny and release all political prisoners

Yabloko deputies of regional legislative assemblies from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Karelia and the Pskov region appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a demand to immediately admit doctors to Alexei Navalny.
The document was signed by Maxim Kruglov, Daria Besedina,Yevgeny Bunimovich and Sergei Mitrokhin (Moscow), Boris Vishnevsky (St. Petersburg), Emilia Slabunova (Karelia), Lev Shlosberg and Artur Gaiduk (the Pskov region).
“We demand immediate admission of doctors to Alexei Navalny of his voluntary choice and Navalny’s hospitalisation to a civilian medical institution, corresponding to the severity of his state of health,” the appeal runs.
The MPs laid the responsibility of Alexei Navalny’s life and health on President Putin.
In the appeal, the deputies also demanded “to reconsider and cancel all decisions of courts in criminal and administrative cases adopted for political reasons, and immediately release all political prisoners in Russia”.
