Yabloko candidates go on fighting for been registered in elections

Candidates nominated by the Yabloko party are in the process of receiving registration for election campaigns at different levels throughout the country.
Alexander Sorokin, Chairman of the regional branch of the party in the Tver region and environmentalist, will take part in the by-election to the Legislative Assembly of the Tver Region in constituency No. 19. Sergei Trapeznikov, former head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Tomsk Region, will run in the election of deputies of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk Region in district No. 5.
Yabloko candidates will participate in the elections to the Vologda City Duma: environmentalist Sergei Menshikov (district No. 14), Gennady Mashkarin, member of the regional council of the party (district No. 23), Nikolai Zadvorny, member of the regional council of the party (district No. 17), entrepreneur Alexei Nikitin (district No. 6), and Dmitry Tarasov, Deputy Chairman of the Vologda branch of Yabloko (district No. 30).
Yelena Panova, Chairperosn of the regional branch of Yabloko in the Kurgan reigon, will fight for the deputy mandate in the Kurgan City Duma in single-mandate constituency No. 6.
In addition, Yabloko’s list of candidates for the election of deputies to the Kimry City Duma (the Tver Region) was successfully registered.
Arkady Vasilyev, ex-deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly and teacher, was registered as a candidate in the election of head of the Pushkinogorsky District.
The Novgorod branch of Yabloko successfully registered candidates for the elections of heads of rural settlements and deputies of the councils of rural settlements Yermolinskoye, Savinskoye, Tesovo-Netilskoye and Trubichinskoe (33 candidates in total).
Representatives of the Yabloko party will take part in 14 election campaigns of different levels in 13 regions of the Russian Federation. In many regions, registration of candidates has not ended yet. However, many Yabloko candidates were arbitrarily banned from elections or have been facing difficulties with being registered in the race.
