Interfax, 28.04.2017
UPD. Sergei Mitrokhin sent an appeal addressed to the chief of the Chief Department of the Ministry of Interior for Moscow, Major-General Oleg Baranov.
According to Sergei Mitrokhin, Chair of the Moscow branch of YABLOKO, an unidentified person attacked YABLOKO activist Natalia Fyodorova by her house in Moscow and doused her with some chemical.

“Natalya Fyodorova was coming out of her house, when a man ran up to her, whom she did not see, and threw some chemical substance into her face, and then disappeared,” Sergei Mitrokhin told Interfax.
“She is now in the First City Hospital with chemical burns of face and eyes, she virtually lost her eyesight; doctors say that it may restore, but it is still unclear,” he added.
According to Sergei Mitrokhin, the attack may be connected with Fyodorova’s struggle against the expansion of the store in the building neighbouring her block of flats, which can lead to the demolition of the block of flats she lives in.
“[The authorities] have been trying to turn a small shop Wallpaper in Nakhimovsky Prospekt, where Fyodorova lives, into a shopping center for several years already. She has been actively fighting against this. Someone has already shot at her windows from pneumatics and threw a symbolic coffin to her door. She applied on these cases to the police department of the Cheryomushky district, but all was in vain. She is a member of YABLOKO, but I do not think that this is connected with this, most likely, this is a reaction to her public activities,” head of Moscow YABLOKO added.
Sergei Mitrokhin also said that he intended to apply to the Chief Department of the Ministry of Interior for Moscow and demand to control the investigation of the attack on the activist of the party.
