Opposition collected 10 thousand signatures for resignation of Governor of Karelia

YABLOKO MP in the Legislative Assembly of Karelia Emilia Slabunova brought ten thousand signatures for resignation of Governor of Karelia Alexander Khudilaynen to Presidental Administraion. The opposition accuse the governor of politically motivated persecution of his opponents and bad economic situation, that is why in April they founded a public committee demanding the resignation of Khudilaynen and started collection of signatures for his dismissal.
Volunteers collected most of the signatures in different cities of Karelia, some were also collected on the Internet.
