Sergei Mitrokhin is known for his protection of the rights of Muscovites. Each time he learns that someone’s rights are breached, he rushes to help. One can be surprised at his energy, fearlessness and the ability not to be helpless in the present conditions.
I met Sergei for the first time when the residents, who were evicted from their hostels, asked me for help. He [Sergei Mitrokhin] arrived at the place immediately and managed to defend their rights. I know that he will come to help everyone, who woul ask him personally and even those, who will ask for help on the Internet. No other candidate can be compared to him here!
