From the speech of Grigory Yavlinsky, candidate for Russian President, in the Central Electoral Commission today after submitting voters’ signatures in favour of his registration in the campaign:
“The task at the elections is to create a powerful movement for change and changing the policies in Russia.
People put their signatures for an honest and professional alternative. They put their signatures in order to be able to believe in the future. So that they could believe in themselves.
People see blunders and failures in the politics. They take it hard. They see what problems they face.
And people put their signatures for the solution of these problems, for the alternative, for removing the country from isolation, for sharp reduction of corruption and for the change of power.
And I will fulfill my responsibility to people. I will show the way to the future. I will bring Russia to the future.”
