The report which was published by the World Anti-Doping Agency on Monday shows all the world what is really going on in Russia. Alexander Bortnikov [director of the FSB -Federal Security Service] has nothing to do with the doping test manipulations of the FSB officers … Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko will not bear any responsibility for the machinations of his deputy…
The whole situation in Russia – lies and illegal profits in every cell of modern Russian state – is reflected in the shameful story with the state patronage of doping crimes in the Russian sports like in a drop of water.
The main political problem in our country is not the level and quality of democracy and rights and freedoms protection, as commonly cited, but the unlimited and total lie as the foundation of the state and state policy. The country got into a vicious circle: one can not carry out any effective reforms without giving up lies, but giving them up threatens the system on the whole.
