Andrei Khomov spoke about “Big Petersburg. XXI century” concept at the conference on city logistics development

On November 27, YABLOKO’s Andrei Khomov, headmaster of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, participated in a conference called “Transport and logistic component of the cluster development in the field of motor industry and petrochemistry.”
In his report Andrei Khomoov spoke about the development of industrial and technological parks on the basis of railway logistic centres.
The report was based on the principles of St.Petersburg and the Leningrad region agglomeration development expounded in “Big Petersburg. XXI century” concept, which had been devised by Grigory Yavlinsky, Doctor of Economics, and his team.
