There will be six representatives of St. Petersburg Yabloko on the ballot papers for State Duma candidates and 13 Yabloko’s representatives on the ballot papers for the Sr. Petersburg Legislative Assembly elections.

The party fielded a candidate in every constituency, but the peaceful agenda they represent is unwelcome to the ruling party and its satellites, so our candidates were kept off the ballot through the courts, with the help of overzealous lawyers on the electoral commissions. Most of them, however, managed to get past these administrative obstacles to make it onto ballot papers.

Here come maps of the constituencies where party’s candidates are running.

Yabloko candidates for the State Duma elections are as follows:

– Dmitry Anisimov, Deputy Chairman of St. Petersburg Yabloko, member of the Legislative Assembly, historic preservation activist. Candidate for the State Duma in Constituency No. 216.

– Vitaly Isakov, lawyer, Yabloko’s representative in the courts. It was he who showed the whole country that removing the party from the elections had nothing to do with the law. Defence lawyer for Lev Shlosberg. Running for the State Duma in Constituency No. 217.

– Dmitry Khorzov, logistics and supply manager, Chairman of the Yabloko local branch in Moskovsky District. Running for the State Duma in Constituency No. 218.

– Olga Yurkevich, paediatric intensive care doctor at the Almazov National Medical Research Centre, Candidate of Medical Sciences. During the COVID pandemic, she volunteered to work in the “red zone” and saved people’s lives. She runs a YouTube blog about the state of healthcare. Running for the State Duma in Constituency No. 215.

– David Zudin, assistant to Olga Shtannikova, head of the Yabloko faction in the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, member of the City Youth Parliament. Running for the State Duma in Constituency No. 212.

– Anastasia Kizyukova, head of the social media team. Media volunteer for Yabloko. Running in Constituency No. 211.

Yabloko candidates for the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly elections are as follows:

– Dmitry Anisimov, Deputy Chairman of the city branch of the party, member of the Legislative Assembly. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 4.

– Ilya Fertikov, Master’s degree in Information Technology, software developer, finalist in youth parliament debates, footballer, dubbing actor. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 10.

– Svetlana Bogomazova, manager at an international coffee shop chain, civic activist from Kalininsky District. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 14.

– Adrian Granishevsky, general practitioner doctor, works at the Unified Medical Centre. Running in Constituency No. 22.

– Marina Peslyak, political scientist, graduate of RANEPA, activist. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 6.

– Maria Vasilyeva, factory worker, process engineer and activist from Kolpinsky District. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 25.

– Andrei Orlov, activist from Primorsky District, has campaigned for neighbourhood improvements and against illegal taxis obstructing public transport. Running in Constituency No. 13.

– Pyotr Levin, builder, social entrepreneur, founder and director of an environmental and conservation NGO, civic activist, co-founder of the Gumsklad project. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 17.

– Ilya Kiselyov, engineer and ecologist. A prominent activist in Kolomna, organiser of neighbourly communities, Deputy Chairman of St. Petersburg Yabloko. Running in Constituency No. 1.

– Mikhail Butorin, Candidate of Historical Sciences, journalist, writer, member of the 2nd convocation of the Arkhangelsk Regional Assembly of Deputies, associate professor in the Department of Computer Science, Economics and Management. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 24.

– Dmitry Khorzov, logistics and supply manager, Chairman of the Yabloko local branch in Moskovsky District. Running in Constituency No. 20.

– Olga Tsepilova, Chair of the St. Petersburg branch of Yabloko, member of the party’s Federal Bureau, author of 70 academic papers, included by Time magazine in its list of “Heroes of the Environment” in 2007. Running in Constituency No. 2.

– Anton Kostik, lawyer, member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Awarded an honorary diploma “For Achievements in Human Rights Advocacy”. Has been defending the rights of citizens and organisations for more than 10 years. Running for the Legislative Assembly in Constituency No. 21.
