Ahead of elections to the State Duma and the Novgorod Regional Duma (voting days: 18–20 September), Novgorod Yabloko has issued guidance for Yabloko voters.
How to vote for Yabloko on party lists for the Novgorod Regional Duma
It is simple: Yabloko is No. 3 on the ballot paper.
How to vote in single-mandate constituencies
For the State Duma, Yabloko candidate is Viktor Shalyakin.
For the Novgorod Regional Duma, Yabloko has 12 candidates:
Constituency No. 4 — Yelena Tulina
Constituency No. 5 — Andrei Shuvalov
Constituency No. 6 — Liliya Boroday
Constituency No. 7 — Alexander Posrednikov
Constituency No. 8 — Valery Kochnev
Constituency No. 9 — Viktor Shalyakin
Constituency No. 10 — Artem Prishva
Constituency No. 13 — Eduard Sikov
Constituency No. 17 — Olga Nikitina
Constituency No. 18 — Nadezhda Chindina
Constituency No. 19 — Alexander Bolshakov
Constituency No. 20 — Anna Varnakova
In Constituency No. 11, where a court removed Anna Cherepanova, leader of Yabloko in the Novgorod Region, from the race, Yabloko is asking its supporters to write in her name on the ballot paper. “This is how we can express our protest against this arbitrary action. We cannot recommend anyone else to you in place of Anna Cherepanova.
It should be noted that a ballot paper on which any mark is placed in more than one square is considered invalid. Invalid ballot papers are recorded in the vote count protocol. Do not leave the boxes blank. Don’t give falsifiers a chance,” Yabloko in the Novgorod Region writes.
