Authorised by the Conference, Artur Gaiduk, Chairman of the Pskov regional branch of Yabloko, and his deputy Yana Ivanova submitted a unified list of candidates for the regional parliament to the Regional Electoral Commission. The list includes 44 candidates.
A decision on certification is due within three working days.
The region-wide part of the Yabloko list comprises five people:

The list is made up of 13 regional groups, each comprising three people.
It should be noted that on 8 July the Conference of Pskov Yabloko nominated the maximum possible number of candidates for the Pskov Region Legislative Assembly — 57 in total (44 candidates on the party’s unified list and 13 candidates across all single-mandate constituencies). A few days later, on 11 July, the list of Pskov Yabloko candidates for the region’s Legislative Assembly in the single-mandate constituencies was submitted to the electoral commission. The list was certified on 13 July.
