Sociologist Denis Volkov to give a lecture “Russian Public Sentiment on the Eve of the State Duma Elections” at the Yabloko Party University

On 18 June, the Yabloko Party University invites all those interested to a lecture by sociologist Denis Volkov: “Russian Public Sentiment on the Eve of the State Duma Elections”. The lecturer will present current sociological research data and analyse the key trends that will shape voter behaviour and the political agenda in the months ahead.
— How have political and social attitudes in Russian society changed?
— What is the current level of electoral participation readiness across different population groups?
— How is trust in institutions of power, political parties, and the electoral system changing?
— Which issues are of greatest concern to voters right now?
— How stable are protest sentiments and the willingness to engage in various forms of civic activity?
— What role do media outlets and social networks play in shaping political convictions and mobilising voters?
All these topics will be addressed at the Yabloko Party University, on the eve of the parliamentary elections, by Denis Volkov, Director of the Levada Centre. The sociologist will present current sociological research data and analyse the key trends that will shape voter behaviour and the political agenda in the months ahead.
The lecture will take place at the Yabloko party office (Pyatnitskaya 31 bldg 2, Moscow) on 18 June at 18:00.
