Voronezh Yabloko has nominated candidates for the Voronezh City Duma elections

Past week the Bureau of the regional branch of Yabloko nominated a list of 18 candidates for the Voronezh City Duma elections. The candidates’ electoral campaign is conducted under the common Yabloko slogan “For Peace and Freedom! For the Ceasefire Agreement!”. Yabloko must collect 4,500 signatures from Voronezh residents in support of registration of the Yabloko candidates list by 29 July.
Yabloko asks Voronezh residents to support the team of candidates running under the slogan “For Peace and Freedom” and help with collection of signatures.
The Yabloko party list for the Voronezh City Duma deputy elections is topped by Alexander Strelnikov, 25, lawyer, entrepreneur and deputy chairman of the Voronezh regional branch of the party, Alexander Dudchenko, 35, lawyer and Chairman of the branch of the All-Russian Public Movement for the Protection of Consumer Rights “Association of Russian Consumers”, and Polina Isakova, 22, student of the international relations faculty at Voronezh State University and civil activist.
Six territorial groups also include another 15 candidates.
Elections in Voronezh will take place on the single voting day – 14 September.
