The Yabloko Party University will host a lecture by Boris Vishnevsky “Towards Democracy and Back”

On 17 April, the Yabloko Party University will host a lecture “Towards Democracy and Back”. The lecturer is Boris Vishnevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Yabloko Party and Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg.
Why have we not only not come closer to political freedom and democracy for the three decades since the collapse of the USSR, but moved further away from them? Is what happened the result of the evil will of individuals or the result of a series of system errors that could have been avoided? Boris Vishnevsky will answer these questions in his lecture.
The lecture will be held at the central office of the party (the address: Moscow, Pyatnitskaya 31, building 2) on 17 April at 18:00 (Moscow time). Pre-registration is required.
Boris Vishnevsky’s lecture will be also streamed on the YouTube channel of the Yabloko Party University.
