Oksana Vladyka, head of the Yabloko branch in Arkhangelsk, received seven days of arrest for disobeying the police

It was reported today that Oksana Vladyka, the head of the Yabloko branch in Arkhangelsk and human rights activist, was detained in Arkhangelsk. The detention was connected with a protocol drawn up against her under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer”) for being in the city square on 27 February, where holding of a pacifist action was announced. An administrative protocol was drawn up against Vladyka, Oksana spent a day in the police department.
Today, Oksana Vladyka was detained again in the same case and brought to court. According to the protocol, the Yabloko member did not obey a lawful order of a police officer to leave the unauthorised event.
Vladyka was sentenced to seven days of arrest. Right now, the Chair of the Yabloko branch in Arkhangelsk is being taken to the detention centre, where she will spend the remaining six days.
Earlier, the Chair of the Rostov-on-Don branch of Yabloko Maria Krivenko got 10 days of arrest, the Rostov-on-Don activist Vladimir Beradze received 15 days of arrest, the Deputy Chairman of the Moscow branch of Yabloko Kirill Goncharov got 10 days, Nikolai Kavkazsky, a member of the Regional Council of Yabloko in Moscow, got six day of arrest, activists Yuri Bagrov from St. Petersburg got 10 days of arrest and Javid Agayev from Chelyabinsk got 15 days of arrest.
