Residents of the Sverdlovsk region know Sergei Khorenzhenko well, first of all, due to his long struggle against the regional authorities for the right of small settlements to local self-government.
During the conference, Sergei Khorenzhenko presented his concept of development of the regional branch for the next two years. The main goal is formation in 2021 of a Yabloko faction in the Legislative Assembly of the region. To implement this goal, the regional branch will have to form a base of supporters of at least 100,000 people throughout the region.
