The victories of the Pskov Yabloko on 8 September brought mandates to Dmitry Permyakov, Nikolai Pyantkovsky and German Valutin

The Bureau of the Pskov Regional Branch of the Yabloko Party considered the transfer of mandates of deputies of the Pskov City Duma, the Assembly of Deputies of the Novorzhevsky District and the Assembly of Deputies of the Pustoshkinsky District, which became vacant in connection with the election of Arthur Gaiduk as an MP of the Pskov Regional Assembly in single-member constituency No. 2, Sofia Pugazheva as head of Novorzhevsky district and Svetlana Vasilkova as head of the Pustoshkinsky district.

Dmitry Permyakov, lawyer and Deputy Chairman of the regional branch of the party, and Tatyana Fedorova, member of the Bureau of the Regional Council of the Yabloko party and teacher of economics and management, competed for the mandate of a deputy of the Pskov City Duma.
In a secret ballot, six out of nine Bureau members voted for Dmitry Permyakov, and three for Tatyana Fedorova. Thus, the mandate of the deputy of the Pskov City Duma from Yabloko was transferred to Dmitry Permyakov.

In addition, earlier, at a meeting on 18 September, the mandate of the deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the Novorzhevsky District from the Yabloko party, which became vacant after the victory of Sofia Pugacheva in the election of the head of the Novorzhevsky District, was transferred to the number two in the party list, industrial climber Nikolai Pyantkovsky, and the mandate of the deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the Pustoshkinsky District, which became vacant after the victory of Svetlana Vasilkova in the election of the head of the Pustoshkinsky district, was transferred to the number two in the party list – German Valutin, mining engineer and Deputy Chairman of the South-West local branch of Yabloko.

In total, the Pskov branch of Yabloko got the following mandates/posts in the legislative, executive and representative authorities of the Pskov region: five heads of municipal districts (including two party members), two deputies of the Pskov Regional Assembly (both party members, one in a single constituency and another in a single-member constituency), one deputy of the Pskov City Duma (a Yabloko party member), 27 deputies of district assemblies in 19 of 24 regions of the region (including four in single-mandate constituencies, 12 of 27 deputies are party members), three deputies of two urban settlements (including two in the single-mandate constituencies, including one member of the party), and six deputies of five rural settlements, in total 44 public leaders elected by voters.
