The lecture “Green policy in the Baltic States”

On 29th January, Yabloko will hold a lecture “Urban Policy in the Baltic States. Life-hacks for Moscow and Russia”.
We will find out:
– The first “green” president in Europe: who is this person and why they will not be reelected

The aim of the course of lectures is to learn how our close neighbours manage their cities through strong municipal bodies, what reforms they carry out and what benefits they use.
The Lecturer: Sergei Shkludov, a political scientist and consultant specialising in the Baltic States, elections, city development.
