YABLOKO’s results at municipal elections: five lists, 70 single-mandate deputies and two heads of towns

Factions of the YABLOKO party will emerge in the parliaments of Novgorod, Polevsky (the Sverdlovsk region), Krasnokamsk (the Perm region), Korsakov (the Sakhalin region) and Kosh-Axhagsky District (the Altai Terriotory). YABLOKO representatives will become heads of two towns in Karelia and municipal deputies in the Tver region, Karelia, the Kaliningrad and the Moscow region.
Galina Shirshina supported by YABLOKO has become Mayor of Petrozavodsk, Karelia. Shirshina received almost 42 per cent of the vote being 10 per cent ahead of the candidate from the ruling United Russia.
YABLOKO candidates were elected heads of two rural settlements in Karelia: Tatyana Shalapanova in Zaozersky with 47 per cent and Nadezhda Lonina in Ladvinskogo with 50 per cent.
YABLOKO’s list to the Novgorod City Duma received 9.64 per cent of the vote.
YABLOKO’s list of candidates to the Council of Korsakovskoye rural settlement in Sakhalin obtained 15.83 per cent of the vote (two mandates). Residents of the Kosh-Axhagsky District (the Altai Terriotory) gave 9.64 per cent of the votes for YABLOKO’s list of candidates to the Council of Deputies.
In the Sverdlovsk region at the elections to the Polevsky Duma, YABLOKO received 11.98 per cent, ranking second only to the ruling United Russia.
YABLOKO’s list in the election to the Council of Deputies of Nelidovo, the Tver region, obtained 9.66 per cent of the vote (one mandate).
Single-mandate constituencies gave 70 deputy mandates to YABLOKO’s candidates obtaining from 33 to 48 per cent of the vote: Olga Butilyova with 43.4 per cent, Olga Kirilchuk with 35.03 per cent, Svetlana Rukavishnikova with 35.98 per cent, Tatyana Svyatokha with 47.58 per cent, Oleg Sergeyev with 33.59 per cent and Svetoslav Uryakhov with 41.87 per cent.
Valry Golyantov obtained 37.43 per cent in the Emausskoye settlement in the Tver region.
The largest number of deputies from YABLOKO were elected in Karelia, where YABLOKO representatives were also elected to the councils of deputies in Olonetsky, Derevyanksky, Gargizonsky, Zaozersky , Meliorativny, Ladvinsky, Ryboretsky, Ladva-Vetkinsky, Novovilgovsky, Paysky, Sheltozersky, Ryboretsky, Shokshinsky and Shuisky settlements.
Arkady Loktionov with 53.19 per cent and Sergei Loktionov with 62.22 pr cent led the race in the Shuisky settlement.
Five deputies were elected in the Shokshinsky settelement: Tatyana Dubeika (58.54 per cent), Anastasya Buzhina (67.50 per cent), Alyona Murashova (70.37 per cent), Nikolai Tropoin (71.43 per cent) and Olga Chirkova (85 per cent).
Three members of YABLOKO obtained deputies mandates in the Ryboretsky settlement: Alexei Kocherin (47.27 per cent), Olga Lukianova (56.6 per cent) and Alexander Scherbakov (71.43 per cent).
Four YABLOKO activists were elected deputies in the Shetozersky settlement: Nina Ivanova (54.05 per cent), Oksana Chepikova (69.23 per cent), Vitaly Smirnov (75 per cent) and Vitaly Kikinchuk (82,14 per cent).
Six YABLOKO candidates were elected in the Paysky settlement: Alla Orlova (53.19 per cent), Svetlana Taraschenkova (53.85 per cenet), Galina Shakhrai (54.76 per cent), Ilya Demidov (68.57 per cent), Larissa Ivanova (68.89 per cent) and Olga Orlova (65.71 per cent).
Good results were demonstrated in the Novovilgovskoye settlement, where five deputies were elected: Ludmila Lunkova (43.42 per cent), Ekaterina Krasovskaya (54.43 per cent), Natalya Beteleva (60.23 per cent), Ludmila Kruchinina (61.11 per cent) and Maria Neila (85.05 per cent).
In Ladva-Vetkinsky rural settlement five representatives of the party were elected: Yelena Magalitskaya gained 50 per cent, Leonid Romanov – 52.94 per cent, Dmitry Bagisky scored 79.17 per cent of the vote , Svetlana Selina – 79.31 per cent and Yelena Emelyanova – 82.22 %.
In Meliorativny settlement four candidates from YABLOKO were elected deputies: Ekaterina Bazarnaya (32.35 per cent), Vasilyl Bandarev (42.86 per cent), Natalya Guseva (64.94 per cent) and Tatyana Silyukova (73.91 per cent).
Good results were shown in Ladvinskoye rural settlement, where eight YABLOKO candidates were elected deputies: Anna Guseva (38.71 per cent), Marina Berezina (54.88 per cent) Lubov Kodratyeva (74.47 per cent), Anatoly Fomin (75.64 per cent), Lyudmila Petrovskaya (77.46 per cent), Natalya Platonova (78.69 per cent), Galina Klimova (80 per cent) and Natalya Efimova (83.33 per cent).
In Zaozerskoye settlement also eight YABLOKO members obtained their mandates: Alexander Vankin (81.63 per cent), Nadezhda Gerasimova (79.37 per cent), Igor Evseev (59.22 per cent), Alexander Ivanov (91.3 per cent), Vladimir Leo (66.04 per cent), Vera Lesina (67.65 per cent), Nikolay Myagkikh (57.33 per cent) and Natalya Proturenko (82.81 per cent).
In Gargizonskoye settelemt four representatives of the party became deputies: Sergey Gotovkin received 57.78 per cent , Alexei Kochin – 77.01 per cent, Sergey Kuptsov – 47.3 per cent, and Yuri Pakhnutov – 65.96 per cent.
In Dereviansky rural settlement three YABLOKO members were elected deputies: Leonid Kondratiev scored 63.29 per cent , Natalia Lepyoshkina – 41.46 per cent and Alexander Tsykunov – 47.96 %.
In the Olonetskiy area two YABLOKO’s representatives were elected: Valentina Kunilskaya gained 56.46 per cent and Valentina Temkina – 55.07 %. In the Shebalinskiy area 38.71 per cent voted for Rustam Tasov.
In Derevyankskiy rural settlement Zinaida Churegina gained 60 per cent.
In Kaluzhsky rural settlement of the Kaliningrad Region Alexander Gorokh was elected deputy with 44.51 per cent of the vote.
Six candidates to the Krasnokamsk City Council, the Perm region, were the winners in their single-mandate constituencies and become deputies .
Journalist and environmentalist Tatiana Pavlova, nominated by YABLOKO to run for the Council of Deputies of Selyatino, the Moscow region, and also candidate for the head of Selyatino, was elected deputy of the Council. And she lacked only 67 votes to win the mayoral election (Pavlova received 38.67 per cent of the vote and the acting city head 40.27 per cent).
YABLOKO candidates received good results finishing second in the elections of four heads of municipalities. In Krasnogorsk (the Moscow Region) YABLOKO’s Igor Zaitsev obtained 19.28 per cent being second only to the acting head of the city – Boris Rasskazov (39.47 per cent). In the elections of the head of Lesozavodsk district (the Maritime Territory) YABLOKO’s Nikolai Vorobyov got 19.5 per cent of votes being second after United Russia’s Oleg Pavkin (40.2 per cent).
In the elections of the head of the Nevelsky district, the Pskov region, YABLOKO’s Andrei Vikhman got 36.73 per cent. United Russia’s Alexander Vaschenkov surpassed him only by six per cent due to mobile voting. Lev Shlosberg, leader of the Pskov branch of YABLOKO, noted that Andrei Vikhman won all the urban areas, but a large part of the voters (28.5 per cent) voted via mobile ballot boxes.
“If we neglect mass-scale voting at home in rural electoral districts and leave only the vote of citizens who came to the 30 polling stations, then Vikhman won the election and he should be a legitimate winner of the election in their fair part,” Shlosberg said. He also expressed his certainly that voters in the rural areas were recorded for mobile voting by entire villages without voters knowing about this.
Lubov Gerasimova, YABLOKO candidate in the Strugokrasnensky area in the Pskov region also came second with 14.38 per cent.
