On 16 February, Victor Sheinis, a member of YABLOKO Federal Political Committee, economist and politician, has turned 85. YABLOKO Chairperson Emilia Slabunova and Chair of YABLOKO Federal Political Committee Grigory Yavlinsky congratulated him on his birthday.

You are part of Russia’s modern history. Your contribution to the development of the constitutional law and democratic process in our country is incontestable. But, as we can see, this process needs constant adjustment, so, both you and us have a lot to do. Your experience as a historian and politician is priceless.
