The established damage amounts to over 20 billion roubles. (2) Mikhail Yurevich, Governor of Chelyabinsk Region from 22.04.2010 – 15.01.2014, accused of taking bribes. The established damage amounts to over 3 billion roubles.
Today it was reported that ex-Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Boris Dubrovsky is put on the wanted list by authorities.
Since 2019, the Yabloko party’s Anti-Corruption Policies Centre has been seeking from the Interior Ministry to open a criminal case and appealed its termination to the Public Prosecutor General’s Office.
Earlier, thanks to an investigation by Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service, then headed by Igor Artemyev, a member of the Yabloko party’s Federal Political Committee, the fact of Boris Dubrovsky’s participation in a cartel conspiracy worth 20 billion roubles in the construction and repair of regional roads was proven. The Federal Antimonopoly Service decision formed the basis of the criminal case.
In his 2014 election campaign, Boris Dubrovsky promised voters: “To work and win”. We tried to immortalise the result of his work and victories, together with his predecessor Mikhail Yurevich, in the plaques hung on the bridge [see the photo above]. They didn’t hang there for long.
However, everything remains in memory. At the right moment, for example during elections, it is important to recollect the consequences of one’s choice and responsibility. Therefore, this choice must be made thoughtfully and independently. If there is a choice.
