The Zheleznodorozhny District Court in Barnaul, the Altai Territory, fined Konstantin Kononenko, an activist of the Yabloko party, 30,000 roubles under an administrative article on “discrediting the army.”

The Altai Regional Court, where the appeal was filed, upheld the decision of the court of first instance.
Konstantin Kononenko paid the fine.
Kononenko notes that after he had come out into the street for a single picket, the police began to put pressure on him: Konstantin Kononenko was summoned to the police for questioning about his participation in the work of Alexei Navalny’s headquarters in 2017 and his acquaintance with the Barnaul activist Vadim Ostanin.
