YABLOKO detected a new election fraud in Ufa

YABLOKO detected new evidence of ballot stuffing at Polling Station No 9, in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortastan. Deputy Chairman of YABLOKO Nikolai Rybakov forwarded a letter toe Ella Pamfilova, Chair of the Central Electoral Commission, on these facts.
YABLOKO got access to video records from the polling station was provided with the assistance of Pamfilova.
After watching the video YABLOKO representatives came to the conclusion that gross violations of the law were made at the polling station on the election day.
Nikolai Rybakov offers Ella Pamfilova to set up a working group with the participation of representatives of YABLOKO for joint study of video surveillance cameras at Polling Station No 9 and send the results of the study together with the videos to the Investigative Committee of Russia.
In addition, Rybakov requests to grant YABLOKO representatives access to video surveillance systems for the period from September 18 to September 19 inclusive at other polling stations in Ufa.
