Yabloko Centre for New Municipal Policy to deliver a lecture on municipal improvement

On 12 November, Yabloko Centre for New Municipal Policy will deliver a lecture on municipal improvement for deputies of local councils and civil activists.

The following issues will be touched upon:
– What is the definition of “municipal improvement”
– Federal and municipal bodies responsive for improvement of cities
– The authority of municipal councils regarding improvement of cities
– City organisations responsible for municipal improvement
– Projects of municipal improvement
– Responsibility for procedural violations
The lecture will be delivered by lawyer Alexei Rybin.
The meeting will be held at the party’s Moscow office (Pyatnitskaya 31, bldg 2). Online broadcasting will be available as well.
