In the Moscow region, there was recorded a large number of cases when observers and members of electoral commissions were subjected to psychological and physical pressure after Yabloko recorded violations of the electoral legislation.

At the moment, the police have received two applications from Yabloko’s Dmitry Klimov and Alexander Filippov, members of precinct electoral commissions Nos 1435 and 1438 with the right of an advisory vote from the Yabloko party, on the facts of threats of reprisals received by them.

The Yabloko Party demands from the Main Directorate for the Moscow Region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to ensure the safety of observers and members of electoral commissions in the region.

Observers of the Yabloko party in the Moscow region have been recording a huge number of violations. The leader in the number of violations among the cities of the Moscow region is the city of Balashikha. Several “carousels” (when same people vote several times at different polling stations), as well as ballot stuffing by members of electoral commissions were discovered and stopped there. Complaints were filed with higher electoral commissions and law enforcement agencies on all the facts of violations.
