Work of Sergei Mitrokhin’s electoral head-quarters on the election day September 8

On September 8 at 12:00 candidate for Mayor of Moscow Sergei Mitrokhin will vote at the Polling Station No 174 located in School No 171 (Komsomolsky prospect, 43).
On the voting day of September 8, a special hot line will be organised in the central office of the YABLOKO party. Operators of the hot line will receive information on violations from observers and electoral commissions members and inquiries for the aid from mobile working groups. Control over the voting will be organised in cooperation with non-governmental organisations GOLOS, SONAR, Grazhdanin Nablyudatel and Rosvybory.
The hot line will begin functioning on September 8 at 7:30 a.m. and will work until the last observer gets a stamped copy of a final voting protocol at his electoral district.
Mobile working groups comprised of Sergei Mitrokhin’s authorized representatives and lawyers will function in each of Moscow electoral districts. They will provide aid to observers at the polling stations with serious violations.
Press service of the party will monitor violations. Every three hours reports on violations will be published on YABLOKO’s web-site yabloko.ru and distributed to the media.
The headquarters will be open for the press from 3:00 p.m. Journalists will be able to observe the work of the hot line and will be able meet with the heads of the head-quarters.
Mayoral candidate Sergei Mitrokhin will answer journalists’ questions at a press briefing at 10:00 p.m.
