Vladimir Kara-Murza has been taken to the prison hospital.
His wife Evgenia reported this to the media. Defenders are not yet allowed to see him, there are no details about his condition.
Let me remind you that in April 2023, the Moscow City Court sentenced Vladimir Kara-Murza to 25 years in prison on charges of “treason” and spreading “fake news.”
After two poisonings, the politician suffers from chronic polyneuropathy – damage to the peripheral nerves, leading to numbness and pain in the limbs. The disease is included in the list of barriers to serving a sentence.
However, yet the poisonings have not been investigated, and the lawsuit in which he demands that an investigation be carried out is continuously postponed.
