The Regional Council of the Pskov branch of Yabloko proposed the party congress to nominate Artur Gaiduk for the Pskov single-mandate constituency and Lev Shlosberg for one of the single-mandate constituencies in Moscow as candidates in the parliamentary elections. The decision was sent to the Yabloko Chairman Nikolai Rybakov and the election headquarters of the party.

In addition, the Regional Council proposed to nominate Lev Shlosberg, Artur Gaiduk, Dmitry Permyakov, Alexander Konashenkov and Lyubov Zhiltsova to the Yabloko’s federal list of candidates.

Lev Shlosberg is an MP of the Pskov Regional Assembly, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government of the Pskov Regional Assembly, Chairman of the Pskov regional branch of Yabloko and member of the Federal Political Committee of the Yabloko Party, winner of the highest professional award of the Union of Journalists of Russia “The Golden Pen of Russia”, prize-winner of the Moscow Helsinki Group “For Courage in the Defence of Human Rights”, the first laureate of the Boris Nemtsov Foundation Prize for courage in the struggle for democratic values ​​in Russia.

Artur Gaiduk is an MP of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies (received 40.21% of the votes in the elections in 2019), member of the Regional Council of the Pskov branch of Yabloko, doctor of the Pskov ambulance station, song writer and singer, jury member and presenter of creative workshops at many festivals of songs held in the North-West of Russia, President of the Pskov song club Horizon.

Dmitry Permyakov is a deputy of the Pskov City Duma, Deputy Chairman of the regional branch of the Yabloko party, lawyer, human rights activist, since February 2021 has been defending in courts the rights of citizens detained at protest actions on 23 January and 31 January.

Alexander Konashenkov is a deputy of the Assembly of the Gdovsk region, Deputy Chairman of the Pskov branch of Yabloko, head of the farm Prometheus, doctor of agricultural sciences, President of the Association of Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Pskov region “The Pskov Farmer”

Lyubov Zhiltsova is a deputy of the Assembly of the Palkinsky district, a member of the Regional Council of the Pskov branch of Yabloko, from October 2015 to September 2016 – a deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly from Yabloko, a teacher of mathematics and computer science at the Kharlapkovskaya secondary school of the Palkinsky district.

The official nomination of candidates for the State Duma will take place at the congress of the Yabloko party, which will be held presumably in June.
