The Yabloko party (LI full member) which was victorious in elections in different Russian regions and got mandates despite barriers, obstacles, unequal campaign conditions, non-registration of many of Yabloko candidates in the campaign to the Moscow city parliament and large fraud especially in St.Petersburg, 

The creation of a largest-ever Yabloko faction in the Moscow city parliament, despite all the reprisals,

Unprecedented reprisals, searches in the homes and imprisonment terms for peaceful protesters in Moscow and other cities who demanded fair elections and registration of all the candidates independent from the authorities in the Moscow parliamentary elections; tough dispersal of peaceful protests with unmotivated beatings of unarmed peaceful people by the police; use of the law enforcement and the judiciary as a tool for reprisals against the dissenting; total defiance of the human rights, freedom of speech and freedom of assembly by the Moscow authorities as well as general disrespect of Russia’s obligations taken up in accordance with domestic and international as regards conducting free and fair elections 

Calls:

On the Russian authorities to return to the democratic way of development of the state, ensure free and fair elections, stop the reprisals against the dissenting, revoke unlawful court decisions against and release all political prisoners of the summer protests, punish those guilty of police violence, giving false evidence and prosecutions, as well as those guilty of rigging the elections.
