Press Release, August 22, 2013
The teachers, who protest against the merging of the schools No 363 and No 1294, aren’t allowed to meet Sergei Mitrokhin. The school principal Ludmila Salonina locked them in the school building.
The teachers and parents protest against the Commissioner for Education in Moscow Isaak Kilina’s decision to merge the schools No 363, No 1294 and the two kindergartens. The meeting of the parents and teachers with Sergei Mitrokhin was planned at 12:00 AM, but the teachers can’t be present as the principal of the merging schools Ludmila Salonina doesn’t let them out of the school building.
The security guards don’t allow Sergei Mitrokhin and the parents to enter the building. The police don’t intervene in the conflict and don’t react to Sergei Mitrokhin’s demands to set the teachers free.
