St.Petersburg branch of YABLOKO commemorated defenders of Leningrad

On May 8 activists of St.Petersburg branch of YABLOKO and members of the YABLOKO faction in the St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly traditionally participated in the ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers at Piskaroyvskoye Memorial Cemetery – the world’s largest fraternal burial of victims of the Second World War.
Activists laid a wreath and flowers at the monument to Motherland. Chair of St.Petersburg YABLOKO Andrei Palevitch, deputies of the Legislative Assembly Alexander Kobrinsky and Boris Vishnevsky, representatives of St.Petersburg in YABLOKO’s federal Board Mikhail Amosov, Nikolai Rybakov and Olga Tsepilova, members of the Regional Council and party activists took part in the ceremony.
