Participate in elections so that to save people’s lives, and bring peace and freedom!
Resolution by the Federal Bureau of Yabloko adopted on 14.06.2024, published on 15.06.2024
Local and regional elections will be held in our country on 8 September, 2024. Citizens who do not agree with what has been happening in the country should have the opportunity to vote in these elections for an alternative and get their representatives in governments.
The Yabloko Party represents this alternative and will nominate candidates who publicly advocate peace and freedom. In all elections, these candidates will speak up with the key political demand – to immediately conclude a ceasefire agreement.
Our candidates also advocate the release of all political prisoners.
Any positive changes in the country are impossible without this.
A vote for each Yabloko candidate is a vote for ceasing killing people, for an end to casualties, destruction and repression.
We call on active Russian citizens who share our position to come to Yabloko, be nominated as candidates, participate in the election campaign, become election observers and monitor voting and vote counting.
Together we will be striving for peace and freedom.
Nikolai Rybakov,
Yabloko Chairman
