This was reported to Novaya Gazeta by Lev Shlossberg, head of the autonomous non-profit organisation, MP in Pskov, leader of the local branch of the YABLOKO party and Editor-in-Chief of the Pskovskaya Guberniya (the Province of Pskov) newspaper.
