Centre for Combating Extremism searches the flat of YABLOKO’s activist

In Stavropol [south Russia] officers from the Centre for Combating Extremism (Centre E) are searching the flat of Kirill Bobro, leader of the local branch of Youth YABLOKO. Vitaly Zubenko, the lawyer of the young man, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

According to the lawyer, the police planted a package with “some green substance” to Bobro. The reason of the search is yet unclear. In late February Kirill Bobro was arrested for three days on a charge of organisation of one-person pickets [that so not need any permission from authorities] by the Stavropol office of the Federal Security Service of Russia.
