Andrei Babushkin’s online lecture on police actions during the pandemic will be held at Yabloko Party University

On 28 May, Andrei Babushkin’s online lecture “Police Actions During the Pandemic” will be held at Yabloko Party University. The lecture will begin at 16.00.
Andrei Babushkin is member of the Federal Bureau of the Yabloko party, Chairman of the Committee for Civil Rights and member of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights under the President of Russia.
Andrei Babushkin will dwell on the following issues during the lecture:
– checking of passes by the police: an urgent need or insignificance as the grounds for the absence of a pass;
– what categories of citizens are required to comply with sanitary orders in accordance with the order of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of March 30, 2020;
– to whom and how to complain about unlawful actions of police officers;
– in what cases actions of citizens can be qualified as “failure to comply with lawful orders of police officers”;
– how the police check the rules of self-isolation.
