Anatoly Nogovitsyn, Chairman of the Yakutsk branch of Yabloko, fined 30,000 roubles for repost of a video from Novaya Gazeta

On April 13, the judge of the Yakutsk City Court found found Anatoly Nogovitsyn, the leader of the Yakutsk branch of Yabloko, guilty of “discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation” and fined him 30,000 roubles.
The reason for drawing up a protocol against Nogovitsyn was his publications on his Telegram channel about the “special operation” in Ukraine – a link to a video commentary by Novaya Gazeta journalist Yelena Kostyuchenko about what happened in Nikolayev, a city in southern Ukraine, as well as a video with the participation of local residents of presumably Berdyansk and Kherson.
Large fines envisaged under this Article were imposed on Alexander Goncharenko (30,000 roubles), Yabloko activists Yaroslav Revenko from Taganrog (60,000 roubles), Valentin Grushevsky from Kemerovo (35,000 roubles). Also, a protocol was drawn up against Vladimir Dorokhov, Chairman of the Tula branch of Yabloko, for his post on social networks made before the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses came into force, however the date of the trial has not been announced yet.
