Yabloko candidates in single-mandate constituencies in the regional legislative assemblies elections, where the party’s lists were removed from the elections, received an average of between 6.84% and 13.65% of the vote. These figures confirm that Yabloko could have formed factions in the Kaliningrad, Tomsk, Sverdlovsk and Pskov Regions, as well as in Karelia. In the Novgorod Region, where the list was admitted to the vote, the party cleared the threshold, receiving 6.38% of the vote. St. Petersburg has not yet been included in these calculations: only around half of the protocols have been entered into Russia’s State Automated System “Vybory” (Elections).

The average result for Yabloko candidates was as follows:
· Kaliningrad Region — 13.65%;
· Tomsk Region — 13.10%;
· Republic of Karelia — 11.16%;
· Novgorod Region — 8.50%;
· Sverdlovsk Region — 8.46%;
· Pskov Region — 6.84%.

It should be noted that, owing to unequal conditions for candidates and numerous violations, the official results bear only an indirect relation to the real will of the voters.

The highest official result among the party’s candidates in these six regions was received by Inna Boluchevskaya in Karelia: in Constituency No. 10 in Karelia, 17.28% of voters voted for her. In the Tomsk Region, Vasily Yeremin received 16.33% in Constituency No. 8, and Yevgeny Kaverzin received 16.21% in Constituency No. 4. In Karelia, Andrei Malafeyev took 15.47% in Constituency No. 3, and in the Kaliningrad Region, Roman Morozov took 15.03% in Constituency No. 6.

In total, 27 of the 57 Yabloko candidates in these regions received more than 10% of the vote.

In the Tomsk Region, all seven of the party’s candidates passed this mark. Besides Vasily Yeremin and Yevgeny Kaverzin, these were Tatyana Sorochinskaya — 13.49%, Vladimir Brodsky — 12.74%, Ivan Andreyev — 11.44%, Marina Khasanova — 11.40%, and Tatyana Zhurova — 10.11%.

In Karelia, besides Inna Boluchevskaya and Andrei Malafeyev, strong results were shown by Tatyana Chernoyarova — 14.96%, Olga Tuzhikova — 14.71%, Yulia Sokolova — 14.03%, and Natalya Kiselyova — 11.12%.

In the Kaliningrad Region, both of the party’s candidates received more than 10%: besides Roman Morozov, Dmitry Mamayev recieved 12.27%.

In the Sverdlovsk Region, where five Yabloko candidates in single-mandate constituencies were removed from the race on the eve of the elections, Svetlana Vyatkina took 14.62%, Olga Lopareva — 12.68%, Viktor Chupriyanov — 11.39%, Galina Lysenko — 11.37%, and Alyona Kirillova — 11.30%.

In the Novgorod Region, Andrei Shuvalov received 11.18%, Valery Kochnev — 10.50%, Liliya Boroday — 10.49%, Yelena Tulina — 10.31%, and Viktor Shalyakin — 10.12%.

In the Pskov Region, Yana Ivanova took 11.30%, and Yevgeny Vasilyev — 10.16%.
