Anatoly Kivva, a candidate for deputy from Yabloko, has been registered in the Zaborevsky rural settlement of the Ryazan region

The Territorial Electoral Commission of the Ryazan District has registered a candidate for deputy of the Zaborevsky rural settlement from the Yabloko party, Anatoly Kivva. The elections will take place on 6-8 September.
Anatoly Kivva is a well-known Ryazan lawyer and current deputy of the Zaborevsky settlement, he is running for a second term.
In 2020, deputy Kivva revealed that the head of the settlement administration’s salary was raised basing on a fake decision of the deputies. In 2023, he protested the retroactive increase in salaries for administration employees. Identified the illegal use of a municipal tractor by a private individual.
Kivva achieved the repeal of a resolution that imposed a management company on residents of apartment buildings that did not suit them. Kivva is currently working on a final legal solution to this issue. He opposed the transfer of green areas in the village of Zaborye for development.
Anatoly Kivva, as noted in the Ryazan Yabloko, according to the position of the regional branch of the party, voted against representatives of the pro-government United Russia party when electing the governing bodies of the Council, draft budgets and approving the report of the head of the administration.
Zaborevskoye rural settlement is the largest suburb of Ryazan, it includes 15 settlements.
