Alexander Korovainy, a member of Yabloko and ex deputy of the Yeisk District Council, was appointed assistant to Alexander Baturints, a current deputy of the Yeisk District Council and a supporter of the party.
It should be noted that Alexander Korovainy was deprived of his mandate of a deputy of the Council of the Yeisk District of the Krasnodar Territory at the initiative of Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, allegedly for inaccuracy when filing the anti-corruption declaration.
“Today, many officials and my colleagues – deputies were surprised to see ex-deputy Aelxander Korovainy in his work place, where he used to sit at the meetings in the Council’s commissions,” Alexander Baturynets wrote on social networks. “I had to convey to those shocked that I decided to appoint Alexander Korovainy as my assistant, and in accordance with his status, he would take part in the work of the deputy body. If someone thinks that after that there was a storm of applause after that, they are deeply mistaken. For some reason, this news did not make the officials very happy… It’s a pity, I am sure that the residents of the district are glad that Alexander Korovainy is again defending their interests on a legal basis”.
Recently, Alexander Korovainy, a former deputy from Yabloko, was included into the ranking of public activists in the Krasnodar Territory based on the results of work in 2021.
